Mail i sent to them on 2:45 pm yesterday - 24 hours over didn't receive any reply yet even when the auto reply generated says i'll be contacted in 24 hours which were over by 2:45 pm today..
Matter/Mail goes like this -------
I applied for termination on 12th of Dec 2011.
I had paid for 6 months in advance in July.

I was told that i wont have to pay anything up till 6 months ranging from July.
Then due to your irregular norms you charged me for 3 months and billed me in September for 6 months plan again cause your year end or your tenure ends on
September every year and you refresh plans in September month which is not mentioned anywhere on your site or even in TOS.
You billed me for 6 months plan again in September adding my 3 months paid amount from earlier deposit in July.

I did not receive any call about this modification or even a mail about the same that i will be billed from September month to 6 months plan or as such.
Then in spite of me having 1278 INR balance in my account you at your will deduct that for the 6 months plan bill generated in September automatically and give me a
pending bill of 1473 INR.
I never noticed this thing cause i paid in july for 6 months and it was but obvious i didn't have to care about the connection for up till 6 months as it would run properly.
You suspended my account in October month without even calling me or notifying me the changes done in my account billing and extra billing done to my plan.
STILL I PAID FOR THE 6 MONTHS PLAN FAULTILY GENERATED BY YOU ON SEPTEMBER MONTH AND IGNORED THE ERROR DONE BY YOU THINKING IT WOULD BE
A SYSTEM MISTAKE.
Then i was facing wire problems in my connection and you changed the wire at same place same room same location and in the next bill still charged me for that thing.
I raised a concern about that in the billing and it was refunded thereafter.
again i had issues with your service which was so pathetic that in between 12 to 7 pm i couldn't use internet services at all for at least a month at the end of which i got tired of
registering above 30 complains in customer care with no solution in the end.
And got my connection terminated placing a request on 4th of December.
Even that termination request which i did place was not processed in the period of days time you have in your TOS and i had to again issue a termination request which was processed on 12th of December and my services were terminated on 12th of December
As i had paid for 6 months plan in September i had 1986 INR in your account as debit and was to be refunded that in max of 45 - 60 days.
IT IS 21st of Feb today - 71 days over
Still i haven't received any refund till date.
I am suing your company for such pathetic behavior against a client whose with you since last 4 years with every 6 months renewing the plan and getting a new id.
I would be launching a legal complain under IPC in Ahmedabad High Court against Reliance Infocom for such harassment, improper billing, Pathetic services on Friday 24th of FEB 2012
If you need to sort this thing out I would be waiting up till 24th of Feb 2012.
Or else meet would go for the proceedings in court.
