    Angry Tata photon pure trickery and cheating

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had a tata photon - 1 year corporate plan when i was working with ERNST AND YOUNG INDA PVT LIMITED.my account number is Acc No: 978542767 . i had paid 6060 rupees as a part of corporate plan for 2 gb usage per month. Now my plan was activated on the 13th of december 2010 , so it should have been valid up to 12th of december 2011, and after that my device should have been deactivated . I called up the customer service around 9th of december 2011, but the agent on the call told me that still 1 more month was remaining on my plan. I thought maybe i might have made a mistake in calculating the end period of my plan, but when i checked my account online in january it showed that it was on for 13 months . that's when i came to know that i was being misled by TATA PHOTON . Thus i called up the customer service to deactivate my account. But the agent said that i had to send an email to do so. Even thought i sent an email there was no response . so i called up the agent again on the 20th of january, it was only when i insisted that my account be deactivated that the agent processed the request for deactivating my account.

    I was fooled by TATA PHOTON . Today i received my bill, the amount was 3162 rupees. for 1 month and 8 days. I was shocked after seeing the bill because for 1 year i was charged 6060 and for 1 month and 8 days , i was charged 3162. it made no sense to me , so i called by the customer service nodal desk . the agent on the phone(ankush) initially started giving me evasive answers. But when i explained him the entire situation, he told me that my yearly advance plan was reactivated again on the 13th of december 2011. I told him that i was not informed about the same even once. He said that tata photon guys had informed me, which was absolutely false.

    I haven't received any communication from tata photon about automatic renewal of my plan.
    Since i was with ERNST AND YOUNG, i have seen 2 of my friends' plans getting expired and their devices stopped working the day when their plan expired.So this is a good way that tata has devised to fool its customers. I am absolutely disgusted with this kind of service. YOu people are tricking customers. I am not going to accept this bill. Even if you were to charge this bill on a pro rata basis , on what basis would you charge me 3162 for 1 month 8 days when u had charged me 6060 for 12 months,

    This is a blatant injustice one to me and i am gonna fight against it.
