    Thumbs down Reliance broadband fake bill

    Reliance account Id : 325014407641

    3 years back I subscribed for new reliance broadband connection. After one year due to some problem they could not provide a network connection properly. I have registered so many complaints against them frequently on that time. Each complaint is rectified within 2 days and again it was not working the moment reliance service people used to leave my house. So after all the frustrations finally when I asked them to disconnect the connection they convinced me to continue the connection. After that also it was not at all working. In that period I shifted my house to new place. I was thinking that all the issues are over.

    But now today I got a call from some person (claims that he is a lawyer) saying that I have to pay the bill. Otherwise I have to meet the legal formalities which would cost me around 1.5 Lacs.

    I have been asking the reliance people to show me the usage of my connection for the amount they are expecting from me. They are not able to give me the usage report. But able to generate the bill on my name which I have not availed any services from them.

    I am ready to pay the bill amount if they have guts to show my usage report which is real(Not the fake which reliance people will try to do).

    How to handle this issue in legal way? I am not at all interested to pay any amount to them for the unused service.

    After posting this thread I got a call from reliance and nothing happened. They told me that this issue is escalated. But till now nothing happened. I never seen such a useless irresponsible people. I am not sure what the higher level managers are doing there.

    All the customer service executives are trained to say "sorry for the inconvenience". Nothing more useful. I am confident that each and every customer who have subscribed for the reliance postpaid connection will face the same issue from this cheating people.

    @Rcom

    Could you please post the resolution we had over telephonic call (So that everyone will come to know)? I am not at all satisfied with the resolution we had. In the telephonic call I was asked to give the complaint numbers provided 3 years back which I lost somewhere long back. When you can generate a bill on a particular person after 3 years (and also to make a threat to a customer) then why cant you retrieve the same complaint numbers provided for 3 years back. Being a software engineer I am very very confident that those data can be retrieved if you are really interested.

    I am not interested in any more telephonic conversation with me. I will try my best to get the refund amount which is paid by me.

    It is the best example of unethical behavior.

    I am a Reliance Broadband User from last one year, the billing cycle were changed without any prior information. After that I lost my data card and I informed to the customer care even.I was charged for the month which I haven't used.I got a letter from Reliance Ref.no 3564/Rashmeet...i respond to that letter and spoke with Ms.Teena 9312636001..She was executive for Mr.Ronit Mehra ,she committed me for a waiver before which I have to make the payment of Rs. 900...I made the payment because of my commitment...she provided me with the reference number SRQ230493527 and told me that ur account will be cleared by tomorrow....after that I called her many times to 9310208089 even to land line but no respond was dere....After that I shared my problem to executive of Reliance Mr.Paresh Sharma to whom I shared all my issues and he provided me Interaction No-2718379562.....so I am facing alot as commitmentz are wrongful told to me....Customers are being totally harrased by this kind of False Commitments

    Default Reliance Datacard Fake Bill

    I had used reliance datacard for 3 months and after that I call their executive to disconnect the connection. On call, I was confirmed it will be done only if i pay the unpaid charges which were somewhere around Rs100. So, I paid that amount immediately.
    After one month, I got another bill for subsequent month. This time i was not ready to pay any amount to Reliance for I haven't used their services. This I communicated to their executives also, but they still keep sending me bill for another 3 months.
    Today, I got a call from some lawyer that I need to submit bill of Rs 1800 else I will have to face legal procedure which can cost me 50k. How can i pay for the services which i haven't used. If reliance can show me usage report of my data card wherein i have used datacard for last 3 months then I will pay the bill amount without delaying a single day.
    But this kind of fake bills I will never pay.
    Please help me in this regard.
