    Hi please help me in getting my money back. I have been following them from lat 1-2 weeks.
    Hi, I am a Tata Poton user with number 9212246758 registered on the name of Gaurav Arora. I purchased it on 12th Dec 2011 from Tata store located on Guru Dwara road Gurgaon contact no. 01246464055. Before buying I clearly asked about the services offered in my area, they said yes we offer services in that area. I opted the advanced rental plan worth Rs. 5000. From the day one I was facing problems related to network connectivity and speed. I contacted customer care they refused to take down my complain giving explanation that there is some up-gradation going in the area, it will be resolved by 25th Dec, 2011. I waited, the problem still persisted. Mean while I also visited Tata COCO Outlet to verify that device is working fine, they checked the device, it was working fine as per them. There at the Tata COCO Outlet they registered a complain regarding the same network connectivity and speed related problem #293286323. Then in a day or two Mr. Gautam contacted me regarding the complain. The complain was closed stating that there is some up-gradations going on in that area it will be resolved by 30th Jan, 2012. After waiting till 30th when the internet was still not working I contacted Customer Care again, in response the clearly told me that we will not be able to offer services in your area. Then I contacted the Tata store from where I purchased the device, they clearly refused to take my request for refund. They asked me to visit Tata COCO Outlet at Sahara Mall Gurgaon. Then yesterday I visited the outlet, they told me that they will not be able to refund back my money. They asked me to contact nodal officer team over phone or by mail. I tried the number given by them i.e. 011- 66558101. No one answered my call many times and many of the times the call gets diverted and automatically gets disconnected. Please look into the matter and refund my money back with the compensation against mental harassment. Expecting a favorable reply.

    These results are taken by taking my laptop outside home and refreshing the page to load many times. Inside home it was not even loading the page. From the results it is clear that the speed is very very less than even the dial-up connection.

    To be very clear i am already very much frustrated from last to months by the type of services you offered. I had struggled a lot to get Internet services. Now I don't want to linger on this matter more and more, its already been 2 months I am fighting for Internet connectivity.

    I hope you can see the comments mentioned in the complain 293286323. There is no sense in playing to and fro mail game, it will only give mental harassment. So please try to understand and consider my request.

    The customer care agent was ready to take termination request and also the guy at Tata COCO outlet at Sahara mall was OK with termination by reading the comments in the complain 293286323.

    Hi,

    Still I have not got any resolution. Even though there field engineer visited at my place, he collected the network stats. There is no service in the area. There networking team called me & asked me to mount 6 mtr. antenna on terrace. But as it is residential are & it is not permitted in that area so I declined. Now they are asking me to wait till 29th Feb, 2012. I am fed up of it I can't wait for one more month.

    And I have one more simple doubt about this forum: This forum is jut for posting our complaints or there is some background action is also taken against the service providers.
    I guess it is a informative forum but it would be good if some background team also works for resolutions of the complaints.

    The customer care executives are very much in hurry to close the docket. Although there is no resolution given to customer and not even the customer is satisfied, they just close the ticket. They only encourage customer to raise more and more complains. I think in 2-3 months I have raised around 20 complains to get resolution.
    No any resolution yet.
    I have also mailed to Customer.care@tatatel.co.in.
