my plan is 1mbs infinity plan
i have been registering the complaint about inconsistent speed issue from 30th December, on 26 or 27 Jan they changed my device and a call from customer care came and they asked to check if it is consistent.
Problem:
The connection was fast in day times, but the download speed slows down to 6kbs per second in night from 7pm, on 30/1/2012 at 11.39pm i raised a complaint about it

Technical side:
They came at day time and says the connection was OK. when i said the issue is not daytime they ask me to get a print screen the speed details, as they will check tmrw. But my validity finishes today.
Sales side:
they say when they gave the 1mbs plan at that time customer base is small they gave me the 1 mbs plan, now the customer base has grown so that they suggesting me to take 512 plan which i dont want
Customer care side:
have u got one!, i explained the issue to him and he starts repeating the same answer, when i asked to get me any higher official he connected a music and it goes on for 3 minutes till i cut the phone (called at 12.22am), at 12.145 i called them again they gave this mail id and said i can get a response before 5
My Issue
my validity ends today
if i renewal 1 mbs plan will i get that speed consistently (at least for 25 days)
sales side said they will repay the renewal cost if they doesn't solve the issue, my problem is not getting repayment but getting a regular service provider.
so pls check with ur people and pls inform me about continuing the connection or surrendering it, hoping to get a call.

They promised me for a consistent speed i recharge it still keep on taking screen shots when ever their technical person comes it seems better within an hour it slows down, today simply they saying to cancel my plan, the customer care person isn't responding at all, any way i am going to cancel my connection today.
