I took the Tata photon Plus connection mid last year. Within the short period of less than three months, I had to make nearly 50 calls to the customer care department to keep service going on my device. The service was nothing short of appalling within this time. Very slow speeds and regular downtime. I was once offered a INR 4.00 discount for downtime by one of your customer care agents. This even to a 5 year old boy would sound ridiculous. Then, I was not sent a bill and I had no Idea that there was an outstanding bill I did not receive any calls and my connection was disconnected for non-payment. I stopped using my connection immediately as I had no luck with the horrible customer service. I received calls for collection with one of the collection agents getting abusive with me, going as far as to call me a F*#ing A$*#ole. The tone was very threatening. I received mails to which I responded with great detail as to my grevience with their service and the kept getting mails with no one paying any attention to my responses. Now I have received a legal letter from In-curia Law chambers stating the non-payment of bills and advising me that I will be liable for any legal expenses in this regard.
I have appended my responses with dates if the received mails and my responses to them in descending order starting from the most recent.

Hi Team,
I have sent so many responses and you just blatantly keep writting
without going through any of my communication. I would suggest, please
read through my previous mails to understand that I have no intentions
of paying this bill as I have not received any service worthy of
paying for. There is also a long list of complaints I have made in
this regard which includes over 50 calls that I have had to make
within the short period of time that I was holding the
connection(Somewhere close to 3 months).
Please read through my complaints and only then, send me a mail in future.

Hi ,
I have already sent a detailed mail as to why I have not paid my bill.
Now you are sending me the details again. I think you should atleast
read through my mail once and then get back to me again if required. I
am extreamly dissatisfied with the poor service I have received. In
the 2 months that I had the connection, I have to make more than 40
calls to the customer service line.
I dont hink that the staff at photon are capable of delivering service
as required by any organisation that regards its customers with
importance. I do not wish to repeat myself but i would just like to
point out one of the horrifying responses I received from one of your
reps - I was offered a INR 4.00 discount on the monthly bill. I am
wondering if that makes any sense. The amount of downtime I have faced
was unacceptable. I did not even receive and bills to my address. I
did not receive copies in mail for my bill and my connection was
blocked repeatedly.
The staff at your customer service department believe in making
whatever random promises to the customers to finish a call and just
sit let the issue rest after that.
I think might even want to give my account history a once over before
you contact me again.
As I have said earlier, I am disappointed that an organoisation of the
esteem to the TATAs is ruining its reputation by running one of their
businesses in such horrifying manner.
Also might I add, you should not market your connection as a high
speed internet connection, it is by far the slowest that I have ever
used, in fact, it is as slow as the good old "Dail Up" connection that
we used to have back in stone age.
Please go through all the details and get back to me if you like.

services of TATA indicom as I am very disapointed with the way I have
been delt with. For any further information in this regard, please

would like to bring to your notice that I was not sent the last
month's bill and when the new bill came out, you disconnected my
service. I called cust care and advised of this and was told that my
service will be restored. Only to find that the same was not done.
When I called back again, I was advised that the request was rejected
to which I objected. I asked to be connected to a supervisor, the
agent placed me on hold for 55 minutes and then I was forced to
disconnect the call. When I called back again, I was not able to get
through with the message "We cannot complete this call at this
moment". I tried several times but in vain.
Please let this mail be notifications that I do not intend to pay the
outstanding amount on my bill as I don't think that the "Garbage"
service level of Tata photon deserves to be paid for. I have
communicated this intent of not paying to the collection agents who
have called me in this regard.
I would like to end by stating that TATA as company has great repute
in India but I feel sorry that "Idiots" have been hired to run their
photon business contributing to tarnishing the image of a well
established and respectable company. I cannot reinforce how
disapointed I am with your services.
