I want to file complaint against FREYNET Internet Service provider which comes under FIVE NETWORKS SOLUTIONS in Wadala,Mumbai.I subscribed to their 5 Mbps annual plan for Rs.7000+Rs500(subscription fee) in July.But only after a month my downloading speed dropped from 400-500(kbps) to 100-200(kbps).So their person paid me a visit after a lot of argument on telephone showed me that my bandwidth was near 5 Mbps on Speedtest.com ;but again in September I realized that my internet had gone slow So when I checked it on speedtest.com it made my point clear that again my intenet speed was brought down to 2 Mbps.Since then I am complaining them on telephone but they are ignoring me & today their staff spoke very rudely to me arguing that 'speed test . com' is not always true defying his own logic in 1st place!
Also every other day their internet service goes off for hours.
please also tell me how much money can I get as refund!
