    Subject: Continued wrong Billing Regarding post paid land line 04040240035Dear Sir/Madam,This is regarding wrong billing on the above number after significant effort to get it resolved earlier. The facts are as follows:We had broad band on the above number for about two years and have asked it to be de-activated in August 2011 due to consistent poor quality of service.We were informed that it will take 30 days to de-activate and that the router will be taken back in a week.Inspite of this, we are being billed 120 after the request for de-activation and this bill is constantly being added to the telephone bill.We have requested several times to your customer support to fix this issue and everytime we are told that they will call back in half hour but it has never happened and we are being asked to pay a bill of about 4000/- extra which is completely the fault of inconsistent customer care at airtel.I request you to urgently look into this issue and look at our broadband usage and remove all the back dated bills you are piling on us even when we have completely disconnected and have got a different service provided about 4 months back itself.Please do not call me or any of our staff because when you are on the phone there is no paper trail and this is irritating. What ever communication happens, I want it by e-mail so that we can be clear about the facts.Please resolve this at the earliest.Airtel was the best service provider two years back when I have taken their service, from the last 6 months their services have deteriorated terribly and customer support is just appalling.Regards,Srinivas
