I have purchased your data card before more than 3 months and i was informed that i will get unlimitted usage on recharge of Rs 799 .

Every month on the said recharge of Rs 799 i was getting unlimitted usage for 30 days .

This month around 5 dec i recharged again with 799 however after 4 days i was not able to use the data card .

I called up your customer care on 12-dec-2011.

I have spoken t your supervisor Rahul he commited me that the problem will be resolved with 24 hrs . After 24 hrs i called up again and i was committed by Rahul that i will get the refund of Rs 799 within 10 working days complaint number 234697.

After 10 working days i called up again and asked for Rahul but he was not available and your system was not working .

On next day i called up again and Rahul was not available however i spoke to other Supervisor Mr, Uday Sharma . He committed be call back after 24 hrs however i dint receive any call back .

I called back again to your customer but both the supervisors Rahul and Uday are not available and your system is not working .

Now it is more than 15 days i am following up with your customer care people for the resolution but there is not any resolution.

I have spend more than Rs 200 for calling you people every time because your helpline number is chargeable.

Now i want the recording of every call which i have made to your customer care from 12-dec-2011 and the recording of calls which i have received from Rahul regarding my issue.

Now i want if you cannot provide the resolution (Refund) of my recharge Rs 799 then send some one to my billing address take your data card back and refund me the money for which i have purchased your data card.
