I paid Rs.2,300/- cash to Beam telecom for six months plan in month of September 2011 to install internet connection at above address. Till date ( February 8, 2012 ) they did not give the connection. Nearly 5 months passed away. But I did not get internet connection.

I have lodged so many complaints in this regard. They used to say they will resolve the problem within 48hrs everytime when I lodge a complaint. But they did not. All my complaints are in vain.

Technicle and support people of the Beamtelecom say they do not have fibre, cable, electronic devices etc to escape the work, and also saying that my door is locked when they came to install the internet which is completely false.

Their employees are escaping their duties. Also they do make false promises to book new connections. Their support people raise the tickets but they do not resolve the end user problems.

I met the area manager Mr. G.Sunil personally at their office and requested to take necessary actions to resolve my problem. He said that he will resolve the problem by January 31, 2012. Today it is 8th Feb. When I tried to contact him on phone, he is not answering to my phone calls. I made him several calls but no use.

There is no single person who can resolve my problem in Beamtelecom.

At last I decided to lodge a complaint against Beamtelecom in Consumer court. I lost nearly Rs.2,00,000 job work only because of Beamtelecom. How can I claim this money from Beam telecom.

After posting complaints on various online consumer forums they are ready to give refund. But I do not want refund. I want compensation. Please help.
