Subj: unprofessional customer service of Reliance broadband.

[1] As a customer, i have been completely harassed by the offices of the above office holders.I initiated my first request to shift my connections to a new place on 31st of July, 2011. This request was closed without any resolution and without informing me.

[2] Subsequently the next request was opened: REQUEST# 158650228 on 5th of August

[3]I have called customer service at least 6 times; Nodal office (Ms. Priti Chabria) 5 times & Appellate office 4 times (Mr. Mahesh Ranade)I get the same response for 25 days without any action

[4] The appellate office phone is always busy and after trying for the whole day, there is a slim chance of talking to somebody at the end of the day

[6]NOW, THEY I GET CALLS FROM THEIR LAWYERS TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENTS FOR THE PERIOD WHEN THERE WAS NO SERVICE.
