    Angry Airtel broadband fraud billing and harrasment

    I had a Airtel IPTV connection with broadband and fixed line included with details as follows
    Account No: 16277863
    Landline no : 08042065612

    I had requested to cancel/deactivate my IPTV but continue with broadband and fixed line on same connection.
    The executives confirmed that IPTV is deactivated and I didnt confirm this as I was already using Tata Sky DTH service.
    On 5th Sept 2011 I had requested to migrate to 4 Mbps/ Turbo 30 GB plan (Req No : 3491428) , which I was migrated to on 11 Sept as I was geting speeds of 4 Mbps.
    Later I was informed that my bill for month of Sept is Rs60000 and my plan is not turbo 30 GB plan but some Freedom plan under which I have been charged for additional usage.
    WHY WAS I MIGRATED TO SOME PLAN WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST AND I ALWAYS HAD HEAVY DOWLOADS AND I WOULD NEVER ASK TO MOVE TO A LIMITED DOWNLOAD PLAN.


    FINALLY BRAODBAND AND FIXED LINE WERE ALSO DEACTIVATED ALTHOUGH I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO DEACTIVATE ONLY IPTV.


    I have raised numerous complaints for the billing issue and I have also written many mails to airtel customer care but this was not resolved. Everytime there are false promises.

    Today I got a call from there legal department that I have to PAY 1,50000/-. This has prompted me file this complaint.
    Note : I have still not received any bills for this amount.
