    Default Airtel broadband cancellation & unwanted billing.

    Hi,

    We have been in a very good relationship with Airtel since year 2009, However due to their unexpected expensive billings, we were about to disconnect our connection((PH: 011-42662200) Account No. 16391187).
    But, Airtel committed us to provide a waiver, so that we don't go for disconnection.
    And that commitment from Airtel was, regarding waiver of Rs. 5,451.00,for (PH: 011-42662200) Account No. 16391187
    which Airtel only commited but never processed that,of which we also got a reply
    from Mr. Pawan of Retention department Airtel,which is as follows.


    Dear Sir,

    I have mailed you 24.10.2011 regarding a waiver of Rs. 5,451.00

    Details mention below:

    (As per we committed you for Plan rs7500/- p.m (7500 free calling value) call
    charges 1.00 flat +Internet Plan Rs. 2999/- p.m Unlimited same will be
    applicable within a month from billing cycle 23-Oct-2011 as well as 5451rs/-
    adjustment in your next month bill.)

    Also we called customer care executive named Mr. Jitender,
    on 28.10.2011 and he only provided us a complaint no. 6367208 and told us that we
    will receive call from Airtel till 05.11.2011. But there was no call and no response, nothing.

    And we got the same billing amount, nothing changed in the Bill.

    And not only this,
    Finally we decided to disconnect that connection,
    and mailed to 121 for disconnection on 18-11-2011, but no response no call.
    again mailed 121 for disconnection on 08-11-2011,
    again mailed to 121 for disconnection on 14-12-2011, however there was no action taken from their side.
    And we went to customer care service center,to close our connection,
    and also we submitted the whole billing amount of Rs. 27,295 through cheque(Cheque no = 957439)till that date(14-11-2011),so that there should not remain anything from our side.
    we were told that the connection will be closed soon.
    But again no action was taken,we were so embarrassed, we again went to customer care service center and Talked to Mr. Mohit Tyagi on 3-01-2012,after analysing things he told that, the next bill'll come,but you dont have to pay the next bill.
    However for disconnection of our connection again we called customer care and had a word with MR. Amit Kumar on 21-01-12,
    He again gave a complaint no 10639564, and assured us that we'll get a call from Airtel within 5 days, but till now no call came from Airtel regarding, Disconnection.


    we got several complaint no's - 7491270,9474690,10639564.
    But nothing done,
    However the new bill has been generated, and now we are getting calls from airtel to submitt the billing amount,even there is no fault from our end,they did'nt tried to disconnect our connection (PH: 011-42662200) Account No. 16391187.even we regularly called them visited customer care service center. but of no use.
    for disconnection there were no calls but for the billing amount they are calling us. very nice!!!
