I Had sent a request from my email id to deactivate my tikona WI-BRO internet service on 15th march 2011.
and i had handed over your WiFi Modem Brand: Ruckus Wireless, Model No. MM2211 Metro Brodband Gateway,
S/N : 380901007070, MAC : 0025C43A39C0 to your officer Name: Mr. Rohit Pawar Contact No: 9867854347 on dt.19 th March 2011 from
my home address.
I had E-mail same email many times from 15th march 2011 but there is no refund from Tikona WiBro.
