    this complaint about tikona digital networks broadband services my name is omprakash sapru tikona id is - 1102033448billing plan s - 1399 ulbilling cycle is 15/11/2011-15/12/2011 since the bill last due date is 03-Dec-2011 they stopped my services from 28 novmber 2011 before the due date and after that i got a bill from tikona of rupess 2600.00 more thn my billing plan, which ever i only use serveces from 15th nov 2011 to 27 nov 2011 (13 days ) before dicontnued from tikona as per my opinion i need to pay only 638 including tax which i proper used before discontinued by tikona ..

    why i pay them 2000 extra?

    please help

    Hello sir,

    i would like to let to notice that i have subscribed for the internet from Tikona Digital Networks on 13/4/2012 from your sales person (Mr.Nilesh singh) whose sales executive ID:500043640 & his Sales executive mobile no:9146730765


    He took the amount Rs.900/- from me Gave me the form receipt (Not the Hard receipt, Just the form receipt) without giving me any Demo for connection & said that i will install your connection tomorrow ie on 14/4/2012. Your technicians came on 15/4/2012 but they refuse to install after checking the premises of my building saying that My building premises comes under no internet zone as there is no router installed in my area & to make things worse the sales person Mr. Nilesh singh is not receiving my phone calls..even i tried to call your customer care on your number 18002094267

    But it's none of use they keep me on hold till 20-30 min..I dunno how much CC Executives you have in your organization which takes lot of time to response.I wonder that How sales person Didn't gave me demo but took the cash & Now he is just disappear
    None of his phone number working..Every number is switched off.

    I Herby demand full repayment of my money paid to you from Tikona as soon as possible
    please consider my complain & i will expect cooperation from your side as well
    as a reference i am enclosing my necessary details for your consideration
