Hi Sir ,
I had a Reliance Broad Band connection in the year 2010 which included a landline connection with a modem .I thought to discontinue with the services due to a billing dispute which took place in the month of December 2010 .My connections were disconnected on 12th Jan 2011
But I used to received billing which was not settled . I connected two persons from reliance communication and discussed the matter with them
After the settlement I have returned all the accessories on 30th April 2011 and notified them for providing me the consolidated bill after adjustment
As suggested from billing department I have paid my remaining amount on 21st May 2011 .There was assurance from there end that the issue is resolved
After all these efforts I used to received phone calls for Bill payment , I repeatedly explained that I have already paid my due
Suddenly today morning I received a call from a advocate insisting me to pay the Bill and threatening me to charged a case against me for this
Requesting your help in taking this issue forward and resolving it as soon as possible
