    Angry Reliance Netconnect-No response from Nodal Officer

    Dear Sir,

    Here is my problem with my Reliance Netconnect Data Card holding no - 93936 22604
    • In the first week of November, I called the netconnect customer care and requested for a Safe custody of my netconnect connection. The executive said that he/she will send a person to my office to collect the required documents and signature. This person has never arrived even after 3 months and even after contacting the customer care on multiple instances.
    • In First week of January, I went to Reliance web world near Paradise, M.G Road, Secunderabad asking what is happening to my request. The person there wrote an email to someone and told me that the issue will be resolved in a day. No response till 2 more weeks.
    • I went to the same Reliance web world, again in third week of January. The person I interacted with was NARESH with contact no – 93929 93923. He again said the issue will be resolved in a Day,
    • I called Naresh 3-4 times in the 4th week of January and every time he says, issue will be resolved in a day but I never received a call about the status till today.
    • I asked the webworld guys to cancel my connection but they kept on saying, this issue needs to be resolved first and then only cancellation can be done.
    • In the month of January, I received calls from people to pay the bill. I explained them the whole case and told I am not going to pay the bill because I requested for safe custody in November. I even gave Naresh’s contact no to them but there is no resolution to this problem whatsoever.
    • Inspite of request for safe custody, I am getting bills EVEN TODAY (EVEN AFTER 3 MONTHS) and I am being continuously disturbed by customer care guys to pay the bill. I explained this case around 15 times to various people who call to ask the status of the payment. and till today (feb 6th 2012), there is no response.
    • I also wrote to their Nodal officers at 'Rcomnodalofficer.AP@relianceada.com' & 'corporatecare@relianceada.com' and I am sending them reminders everyday but there is no response other than standard auto generated email saying the issue will be resolved in a day or i will get a response in a day.
    • On 5th Feb 2012, I recieved an SMS stating, “Dear Reliance Customer, Service Request no 171415558 has been resolved and confirmation for the same has been sent to you e-mail ID”. But, when i checked my email, there is no email. There is no way the mail has gone to spam as i have received many mails from Netconnect.Broadband@relianceada.com.

    I feel no one in customer care is responsible in Reliance. Please provide some sort of solution to this problem and how can i get rid of this connection. I want to cancel this connection permanently because of the HORRIBLE service. But before that, I would like to have the entire bill that i paid from november credited back to my account.

    People reading this, please stay away from reliance netconnect.
