I Purchased a reliance Netconnect Plus on 21st of Jan 2012 from Reliance World Himayatnagar Hyderabad. I got a recharge on the same day and the same place of Rs.499 (10 GB for 1st month). Upon asking for the Bill they gave it only for the device and not for the recharge. They said the recharge will be done. I even got a confirmation call saying it was done. I was able to access the net for 2 days exactly that too with a terrible speed(used only less than 500MB) and worse, i can't even access it anymore. I'm in Chennai now as i work here. Upon calling the customer care, they say i never got a recharge and the person in reliance world says he has done it. WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED TO THE 499??? I did not want to face this problem, and that is specifically why i got it done from reliance world and not any ordinary store. Upon explaining this to the Customer care, they say i have to take the bill to some reliance store because apparently they cannot contact their own reliance world in Hyderabad. Why? I have not been able to access net for over a week, due to which i have pending work and you expect me to run around the city with your device? What ever happened to the home service that was offered at the time of purchase? I expect this to be Resolved ASAP.
