My self Parag Parikh, Living at Pimple Saudagar Area in Pune. I had bought reliance netconnect broadband+ 1 Year back. From the first day i am really disappointed with the speed of network. Whenever i tried to call reliance network call cetres always get below answers (Bol Bachhan)
- Sir please check your Internext Explorer setting, Clear Cache, Showing bar of network, Network conjetion, Server work is in progress, Upgrading servers in your area.
This are the standard answers that they have been trained to give whenever any user call and tell them about their promise to provide and what they actually deliver.
Reliance is big giant in India, but i must say this they are the worst to fulfill their user's basic needs. They are just like another politician in country who like to give lot of "bol bachhan" to sell their products and after selling "who cares" is their nature.
In my area i am hardly getting 20-30 kbps speed for 3.1 mbps. I am not expecting 100% of 3.1 mbps but you can atleast give 2 mbps instead. I have to forcefully swithced to Highspeed 1x (245 kbps) network to atleas open my mail box and surf net for a while to satisfy my self. Network issue can be sometime but this looks like Basic needs become issue for them. They are not fulfilling basic need of customer for what they promised. They are taking each month 1000 Rs. but what about service ? Who will give answer to my question and solve this issue. This is the worst network provider who just sell his products and then dont care for issues and customers.
Really no regards for reliance.

Nice to see your reply. Sorry for my delay.
After giving lot of complaint for slow speed and taking monthly rental around 1000/- Rs. without any use, They had called me back and told me to change existing plan to waiver plan. In this waiver plan i can use monthly 2 GB data usage with 0 Rs. Bill for next three months.
After changing plan to waiver i see that there is drastic change in broadband speed. now i am getting 1.2 MBPS (Record Speed, not consistent but better then before) on my 3.1 MBPS data card. so i am now confused that if i again switch back to my old plan then again i will face speed issue or not ?
