I have been a loyal user of reliance netconnect broadband + for the past 2 years.. I have been using their service in the Vellore region (Tamil Nadu) and used to get acceptable speeds of 1mbps or more.. However, for the past one week, our speeds have come down to mere 150 kbps. This complaint is shared by all of the users in the region. Moreover, I tried to use the service in Coimbatore and the speed was equally bad. The customer service has no real explanation to this and neither does the website offer any information..
