    Post Tata Photon - "bad service worse customer care"

    Hi ,
    I took new TATA PHOTON device which cost of Rs 1500 from the Photon Representative Name SHANKAR(9845373644) AND MANAGER NAME:TOFIC(9243499088) on Oct 10 ,2011,in BANGALORE .the device was not working so after complianing and calling for long time on Dec 10 ,2011,They respond me and taken my TATA PHOTON DEVICE and told me that they will Replace the device with new device by end of the day ,still am not get any information by waiting from long time.
    i want to be following:
    1) They should be punished for irresponsibility in work .
    2) blaming their own product ,which give negative impact to their product.
    3) I be compensated for the harassment and the loss of work that I have suffered.

    i have already given those TATA PHOTON REPRESENTATIVE NUMBER'S WITH MANAGER NAME as well,please take appropriate action against them,for the harassment and the loss of work that I have suffered.
    those two are working in TATA PHOTO OFFICE, MAIN BRANCH IN KORAMANGALA,BANGALORE.

    Hi,

    i am working in HP ,Bangalore.
    please find my mail id:anil.dasari@hp.com.
    i have visited couple of times to the tata photon show room,but there is no positive reply ,
    it is already too much late is processing i can't wait for year's to get the connection,can you please contact them directly ,where i mention SHANKAR and Tofic cell number's representative from TATA PHOTON.

    if it is not possible then tell me ,why TATA PHOTON encouraging this fault representative,which gives negative impact to the customer's.
