I was using Tata photon plus with the number 9282248912 and due to data connection speed issues, i wanted to discontinue the service.

But from the Tata photon plus customer care, they suggested me to go for prepaid conversion instead of termination.
And so as per thier instructions, I've cleared the up-to-date amount due and converted my plan into prepaid account.

But after 4 months They've sent a Legal notice, saying still Rs.819 due to be paid without any confirmations!!!

After I changed into prepaid account I didn't recharge/use my tata photon plus again.

Please take action on this.
