Connect Broadband+, modem no 9371005114 activated on 19/10/2011 and I was using
from the activation date. On 18/11/2011 I recharged for Rs.180/- and from 23/11/2011 onwards suddenly my broadband conection stopped working. It was always showing error “Remote computer did not respond ”. I could not understand the reason. I had tried 2-3 days more but it did not worked. Then I informed my vendor regarding the issue, he told me to contact Mr. Nishant an executive of Reliance. After contacting Mr. Nishant, it was informed me that my Identity proof and address proof were failed in verification, and asked me to submit once again. I Submitted the same proofs and my modem started working 2 days later.
When my connection deactivated no one has inform me about the reason of deactivation.
On 18/12/2012 again my connection was deactivated and activated on 20/12/2012
The same reason has given to me by reliance thru email
Once again my connection was deactived from 08/01/2012 12.00 pm without any reason. And when
I emailed to reliance customer, I got email reply on 10/01/2012 that due to negative verification my connection is deactivated
From 23/11/2011 to 01/12/2012(for almost 10 days) my net connection was not working.
I need to know that why it has taken almost 30 days to verify my proofs even it has accepted my recharge request also and second time also I submitted the same proofs
Due to inappropriate and irresponsible service from Reliance, I had incurred a major financial loss and mental stress.
i need your help to get my financial recovery .
