I started calling Tikona customer care from 2nd of Jan for two things:-
1.) Mobile number update
2.) Plan change
Now, inspite of calling more then 5 times till now, and it's almost one month now, none of the issue are resolved.
Note:- Due to Tikona care only I am not able to fully discontinue with my old mobile number(as they required it to update the new number). Due to this I will have to pay the extra bill for one month, why shouldn't I ask this bill amount from TIKONA.
