Sir, I wanted to online recharge my mblaze no.9150195413 on 13/01/2012. I recharged with my Mastercard credit card,but although my money was received by the company,I did not get recharge. I complained twice to the company vide complaint no. JAN/2870 and JAN/4368, they told me that they will refund my money to my bank within 8 hours, but they have not done it even after 20 days. now they dont even listen to my complaint. When I ring their customer care, they tell me to hold and keep me holding for lot of time without attending to me. This must be in their record also,as they tell me that every call will be recorded. Now justice demands that they should return my money with compensation, as I have spent lot of money on phoning them, as their number is tolled. I am waiting for justice from your side. Dr.G.M.Mattoo
