    Default Refund for Airtel IPTV account 15374235

    I had the following account 15374235 with airtel which comprised of Landline, Internet as well as IPTV. As I had to shift to a new place, I got the connection cancelled around 26th March 2011. The requisite equipments was taken the collection agent from my house. However, till date I haven't received the cheque for the refund for Rs 1750/- . I am in contact with airtel presence through email since September 6, 2011. After repeated reminders, the response I get is we are looking into this will get back to you after a certain date. As per last email from them, they were to respond to me by 10 Jan but till date I havent heard from them inspite of my reminder mail. Please advice how I should proceed against them.

    Dear Sir,

    I am sure how you can mark this as resolved without any confirmation from my side that issue is resolved. Till date I have received a mail from your executive that you talked to someone. Neither this clarification was given to whom this call was made and neither any explanation was given why you have listed no dues are against my account which has been closed. I clearly remember at the time of installation I was told about the refundable security deposit taken by Airtel for the equipment which would be returned back once the connection is closed and equipment submitted to airtel. I have closed the connection and the equipment has been returned to Airtel for which I have a receipt. So I do not understand how you can claim that there is no refund against my closed account?
