I applied for BSNL broad band connection on 20th Jan 2012. I was told I would get connection in 4-7 days. However I had to wait for 10 days and still no call from technician. After long followups, (after 12 days) I was told they can not provide connection as it was not feasible.
When I asked for refund, they asked me to walk in to their office in person and submit application form. That too in Indira Nagar.
My question is - Why did you take so long? If I apply for connection in whitefield BSNL office, why should I walk in to your Indiranagar office? Why can't you provide an option of reunding funds by post? You shown eager interest while collecting money, why cant you return my deposit with same interest?
Your third party executive service (9060692680) is very bad. She never cared for me after she collected money from me. She should show same interest incase if I dont get connection.
They should be taught a lesson and make sure they implement a smooth process to refund deposits instead of making customers to walk to their door.
