    Default hassling customer service- airtel broadband-delhi-

    Hi,

    I have had a painful experience with airtel where I had sought discontinuation of my broadband service in Nov 2010 and inspite of making the final bill setttlement and multiple request they keep sending me monthly bills/and annoying calls every month. I have had to write/call tehir customer service multiple times to get this discontinued but seems eitehr the customer service personnel is highly dumb or don't comprehend what people say or this is another of their gimmick to waste people time. Well its the age of cheap publicity so even bad publicity is good publicity according to airtel.
    I have proofs in terms of mails/customer service number so if anyone can help get these jerks off my back would be really appreciated.

    Whoever is the CEO of Airtel, god bless you coz you have a major problem at hand. Look at the complaints against your company in this forum, probably says a lot.
