My name is Girish i am airtel broadband user for 4 months now.First two months i had no problems.After 2nd month my problem started.the check usage option has not been working correctly.from that onwards till today it is showing that i have used 1725MB.My data usage can go till 5gb.Since i did not notice that it had some problem i thought i had not been using my quota.so without my knowledge i had used up 5GB because of your mistake and service.I had been going to airtel centres and callintg you guys for weeks now.they only call up to ask me to pay bill of 3800,which is your mistake.ive got more than 6 calls from u guys also ive called from airtel hotlines on more than 3 occasions my problem has not been solved..i am not ready to pay the money.it was your mistake in 1st place.3days back my connection was removed.i called u guys they said they will call in 24 hours 2days back.have not got any call and im with no internet...even today my modem is showing that my usage is 1725MB...solve my problem...
