hi everyone, my complaint is not regarding TATA photon, but against Photon dealers. I received an ad sms on 28th Jan-2012 Saturday and placed order for tata photon. I didnt knew it was dealer who will supply me photon. It was RA- Well star business solutions dealer from Rajaji Nagar, they sent their field agent to my home on Saturday itself. I was impressed. According to the offer i got a laptop bag, 4gb pen drive and Photon+ drive. I was not at home when the agent had come, my parents gave him money and all neccesary documents.
When i came back home, i saw that laptop bag was broken, when i complaint them, they asked me to exchange from their shop. I went to their shop which was almost 30km from home and got exchanged, no issues.
But issue was for activation. On 29th Jan Sunday, i tried activating the modem but was not getting activated, it said repeatedtly that my activation failed. I called the dealer (his name was Imran), he asked me to wait till Monday. Even on Monday it didnt get activated. On Tuesday i went to Koramangla TATA photon office to logged a complaint, I called dealer but he never picked my call.

On 1st Feb 2012, Wednesday as well I called them and no improvement at all. Either those people from Ra-well business solution ask me to wait or they simply disconnect my call.
