Please note that the despite our best efforts to bring to your notice
the seriousness of trouble and pain that has befallen on us due to
your actions, our trouble with Tikona still continues - the latest
being that of our net speed been reduced below 64 Kbps(as informed by
your center), for pending dues.
On one side you send a mail regretting the inconvenience and on the
other side we face further misery.
I wish to make it clear that we had requested for an unlimited plan
ONLY. The current situation is a result of some action of your
representative and NOT ours. We had NOT asked for a circuit breaker
plan and hence PLEASE DONOT REQUEST us to bear those charges tagged
under "DUES".
We are very willing to bear the charges for the transition to the 2
MBps Unlimited plan as indicated earlier - Nothin more than that.
