    Angry Tikona - fraud, harassment, net speed slow, etc..

    ​This to bring to notice that we from andheri east have been facing several problems from tikona from 19th jan.
    1. This is to bring to the notice of the concerned official that a Tikona representative (Mr. Anil ), servicing in the Andheri(E) has duped us in various ways by causing monetary loss and also harassing us over mobile when requesting help. He has took rs. 1800 instead of rs. 1433 (ADCB 799) and in the name of providing router he has taken rs. 1700 instead of rs. 1452.
    2. Giving wrong input regarding the plan details:
    - We had requested for a 2 or 4 Mbps-Unlimited plan
    - However, the service representative provided us an internet connection under the ADCB 799 plan, by lying to us that he was providing a 4Mbps connection with an unlimited plan. We had requested him to confirm this several times and despite referring to your website plan details, he informed us that the information provided by him was correct.
    3. we were not informed of the plan properly and are being charged extra and when contacted the customer care and mailed them they would avoid us saying it was other department's work.
    4. the net speed has been bought down from 4 mbps to below 64 kbps. when enquired about this they have told that we had outstanding bill and so net speed was slow. (since their billing date is from 26th of a month and we activated on 19th , they have limited the free usage of 15gb to 3gb without even caring to inform us and now they say we have outstanding bill.)
    5. When requested for a plan change from ADCB 799 to ADBB1499 (2Mbps unlimited) they haven't yet responded any procedure or any mail to follow.
    6. the service has been the worst as when asked for contact of officials of the company to follow up would never be given by them.
    7.despite several requests and complaints which has no use except we wasting our time for nearly 2 weeks, we feel like disconnecting the network as it seems there is no use complaining to anyone of this company.

    Please note that the despite our best efforts to bring to your notice
    the seriousness of trouble and pain that has befallen on us due to
    your actions, our trouble with Tikona still continues - the latest
    being that of our net speed been reduced below 64 Kbps(as informed by
    your center), for pending dues.

    On one side you send a mail regretting the inconvenience and on the
    other side we face further misery.

    I wish to make it clear that we had requested for an unlimited plan
    ONLY. The current situation is a result of some action of your
    representative and NOT ours. We had NOT asked for a circuit breaker
    plan and hence PLEASE DONOT REQUEST us to bear those charges tagged
    under "DUES".

    We are very willing to bear the charges for the transition to the 2
    MBps Unlimited plan as indicated earlier - Nothin more than that.
