Your internet services are way below the standards you depict in your advertisements.
I was promised of high internet speeds whereas the highest i got was of about 220KB/s.
There's another issue of a very bad customer service, when i aksed one of your representatives he confirmed that the leftover data from an earlier recharge could be carried over in the balance if i recharged before the expiry date of the earlier recharge.I was left with approx. 5GB of data and when i recharged with 500mb plan before the expiry date all i got was 500mb of data instead of 5.5GB i expected.
When i contacted your customer care representatives they told me they could do nothing about it and that there was an error in the recharge process.
So now i have lost my precious data and also ended up wasting my money on your services.
