Enclosed is the required copy of the receipt which you have asked to send as a scan copy in order to get my broadband amount refunded as the connection has never been made.

Please refund my amount asap.

In addition, I would like to confirm that I should get an amont of 1099/- + 100 INR (charged for notary) = 1200/-.

This additional amount was taken by a person from the airtel group asking the fee for notary and his name is Manju (Phone # 9740480090), You can double check with him.

Also, I would like to explain my worst experience dealing with you guys.

The application was submitted long back and I was never given a confirmation on connection status. No one called no one informed, so I started chasing people and got to know due to some chok no connection is available which was not the case when checked initially by your engineers.

I have chased 16 time by calling your people specially Manju (Phone # 9740480090) & Venkatesh (his manager) (phone: 9663766616), but the people were so irresponsive, they did not bother to confirm anything about my connection. All my efforts and time was wasted.

Next I called the customer care and he responded that money will be refunded in 10 days via cheque, as usual false promise and worst service, nothing happened so I called back again after 10 days.

Mr/Mrs Radha from Bangalore responded very rude and almost shouting though I never miss behaved, gave me a final reference number mentioned in the scan copy and asked my to wait till 28 Jan 2012, which is a long time.

Today I got a call again and she talked very rudely again and asked me that you are free to go to consumer court and she does not care about it. Finally, helplessly I am sending a scan copy and explaining my worst ever experience with Airtel and believe and if you start doing that with a corporate customer like me I will never forget and will never come back to Airtel.

I have decided to move my post paid services as well from Airtel and so as worst ever broadband.


Thanks a lot for all you people did with me and I promise to share this experince with all my corporate group and over the internet pages as well. Hope these documents are enough to refund my money without any further trouble for me.
