    Question Vodafone Net Cruise Cheater

    I am a vodafone prepaid as well as postpaid customer of vodafone,now i decided to buy a USB net connect then i go to the online and fill a form for purchasing a net.now i got the call from this No.9999919035 he offer me the all details then i decided to buy a vodafone net cruise, a person coming to my home on 2nd January 2012 his mobile number is 7838506057 and taken 799/- and give me the net cruise which is number 8459544870 and a temporary cash reciept and he told me that it will be activated after 2 days,I bought it on 2 of january then it activated on 9 of january. after that the 14 of january it is showing a error that is "remote computer is not valid" and then i go to the mini outlet in mayur vihar phase III and he told me i have mailed them(Vodafone) and they will call me today or may be tomorrow. But after one day i did not response from anybody i called everybody but this one 9999919035 is talking very rudely and told me "I don't have any type of information so don't call me, call to that person who came to my house" i make a call to that person 7838506057 one time,two time, three time and many more time he didn't pick my phone, I tryed so many times almost twenty times but he didn't pick my phone. finally i make a call to the person who is came to my house for verification he also didn't pick my phone.now i make a call to customer care 18001201111 still they are not able to reply me a suitable answer.

    still no response from the vodafone company i got the call from vodafone representative on 1 of February 2012 he told me that i will send to them my scan copy of temporary cash receipt and then they solve it within 48 hour but still 48 over has been over and i am waiting for response

    I am a vodafone prepaid as well as postpaid customer of vodafone,now i decided to buy a USB net connect then i called 111 for purchasing a net cruise. Person(9899264424) came to my home and gaev me a receipt of rs800 by saying that net cruise will be activated in 3 days. It got activated in 6 days. However, next came speed issue. On contacting Net Cruise Technical Helpline by calling 18001201111,got reply as

    1- We do not provide help to postpaid customer
    2- Kindly call 18004201111.
    3- Disable antivirus and do this whenever you use internet.
    4- We only provide help between 9am to 6pm.
    5- Your laptop(running win7 ultimate)is incompatible hence you would not be able to use Net Cruise. Is not it a hell?
    Later I found that I was not able to contact Vodafone customer care and also Net Cruise Technical Help from my Vodafone mobile #7838222295.
    Vodafone people responded- they cannot do anything in this case.
    Already placed refund request for Net Cruise by visiting Vodafone Store as of now. I will change service provider for all 3 mobile numbers in due course of time. So far it is end of 48 hours and no response from Vodafone has come into picture.

    What a unique way of helping happily to customers! This might be a lesson for MTS also.
