I am Premkumar .C -TATA Docomo No 09244211759 ,
I have purchased a Tata Docomo External Device from Docomo outlet at Royapettah , Whites Road , Opp Express Avenue , on 26- Oct -2011
The scheme which was given to me is 5000.00 Rs Package Ie Device Free , 6 Month Unlimited usage ,
My Payment Invoice 12011-12/1200-1141-01620 - Dated - 25-Oct -2011
After my purchase of this device have received my Bill in the month of December , For Which have called up the customer service and said my plan details , Post my call have received a call from the Docomo service and they said , The plan have been wrongly assigned by the outlet and hence you have received the bill , and now we have properly mainlined the scheme in the system and going forward you will not have this problem
And in the month January 1st week have received a call from the Docomo service ,Saying my payment is due , Again i wasted my 45 min time to the lady from the beginning of my purchase of the devise and till the last month billing , She had told me that will take up with the out let for the same
and suddenly on 26- Jan --2012 when i am trying to work for my urgent project . i was shocked that i am getting a message 678 device not connected , When i called up to Docomo service Mr Nelson and enquired , the gentle man told me that my payment was default hence my service for blocked , and again my fate have explained the entire story for 1 hrs ( time waste ) , he had taken the details again and gave me complaint no 295246627 , your resolution time 24hrs ,
and gain on 28th have called the Documo service spoken to a lady Veneila and have asked for the status and she told me that the complaint is under procees and our representative will call by today ie 28th Jan - 2pm and sort the issue
No one from Docomo turned back or called for a curtsey to update me on the complain / with resolution ,
Again have called and begged with a customer service on 29th jan that no one called me and still the device is inactive , She promised you will get a call on Monday 30th Jan .
And today i am receiving a message for TA-DOCOMO - your complain no 295490345 has exceed the closure time line and Shall be resolved in 2 days ,
It almost 5 - 6 days of my complaint still the solution not received , Even the Docomo serivce representative do no the reason why the service is blocked ,
Service was blocked without my knowledge , Worst service from Docomo call center , No fixed time line for the complaint ,
This is were the TATA Docomo Service STANDS ......................
ME paying the advance amount of Rs 5000.00 , and i have beg for the connection , and since lack of you service and for representative default in duties on maintaining my correct package and bill , My connection was blocked ,
I request you take this complaint strongly , or i would be forced to write to Consumer court
and Since my connection was blocked and delay in your feedback i am spending Rs 100 .00 per day for browsing from the external browsing center
I Need the service to be activate immtley and also reimburse the amount of Rs 500 have spend for the last 4-5 says in external browsing center

IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY CONNECTION ACTIVATED , , I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE FURTHER STEP


this would be my first and last experience with TATA Docomo and will not recommend TATA service to any of my Friends
