    Default BLR AIRTEL Broadband chrging even after disconnect

    Reference number : 5907320



    I requested to disconnect my connection on 17 Oct 2011 and ref number 5907320, but you have charging me for Nov and Dec 2011. I had paid all my outstanding bills till my usage on 20 Oct 2011. Sending mails to 121@in.airtel.com with these information is not solving the problem. Pls check why I am charged even after I requested.
