    Default Rs 5374 Bill on an unlimited plan

    My landline number is 04445495348...my customer name is C Agosh.
    I have been using airtel broadband line for past two years. I recently decided to stop my connection as i was shifting to kerala from tamil nadu after two months or so. I called airtel but they were compelling me to retain my connection. I called them about some 10-12 times for this purpose..but those guys didnt allow me to disconnect my line. Finally i agreed to retain my line for the last month on a 500 Rs account. But they told the connection would be active only after a month...not at that time. But when the bill came the amount was about Rs 5374. They activated it the next month itself. I specifically made sure when they would shift their plan, and they told after the following month.
    I thereby request an explanation from airtel for the following.
