I was taken Tikona connection at 5 Dec 2011, i was used this only 2 days its connectivity was too bad so i called in customer care they send there engineer to solved the problem, but its doesn't work. net connectivity was not recover, i again call in after 10 days to disconnect this connection, so tikona's engineer came and his taken all the equipment with his and disconnect the connection, he was told me that my Rs 1800 will be refunded. the connection was disconnected on 15 dec 2011. So i call again in customer care for my refund they making me foolish by transferring my call from customer care department to technical support to billing department and at last they disconnect the call by saying that "we are transferring your to their senior". it happen 3 times with me. Now after one and half month they not refunded my Rs 1800, and they are call me for Bill of Rs 800 on 2 GB uses. I am able to understand, i was disconnected their connection within 10day, so why they are asking for because i was pay them Rs 1800. they have to return my money but there asking for bill. My User ID = 1105051466 and My 2 complaint no are 1-2058312859 and 1-2062702233.
I am able to understand what should I do?
