    Post Fraud Tikona Broadband

    Hello,

    I was taken Tikona connection at 5 Dec 2011, i was used this only 2 days its connectivity was too bad so i called in customer care they send there engineer to solved the problem, but its doesn't work. net connectivity was not recover, i again call in after 10 days to disconnect this connection, so tikona's engineer came and his taken all the equipment with his and disconnect the connection, he was told me that my Rs 1800 will be refunded. the connection was disconnected on 15 dec 2011. So i call again in customer care for my refund they making me foolish by transferring my call from customer care department to technical support to billing department and at last they disconnect the call by saying that "we are transferring your to their senior". it happen 3 times with me. Now after one and half month they not refunded my Rs 1800, and they are call me for Bill of Rs 800 on 2 GB uses. I am able to understand, i was disconnected their connection within 10day, so why they are asking for because i was pay them Rs 1800. they have to return my money but there asking for bill. My User ID = 1105051466 and My 2 complaint no are 1-2058312859 and 1-2062702233.

    I am able to understand what should I do?

    Hi..

    I am Girish Nair from Delhi.
    I am agree with all the complaints against TIKONA. I m using Tikona for nearly 6 months and I am not happy with my broadband speed, but plan charges are less that is why I am still using TIKONA. There are some problem with speed but I think this Tikona has more problem then other service provider. I called Toll free number 1-800-209-4276 to raised complaint, I came across one new options from Tikona i.e press 1 for technical support (I was accepting that this will not work) I followed the instruction to my surprise call was connected to Engineer, issue was resolved as there was some alignment issue, I was changing the position of CPE and the technical guy was guiding me that this is proper position as the device was catching maximum speed. Till know Net is working fine, hope this will continue. I am thankful for your assistance..

    Angry Lost Money, no one is taking responsibility

    15th Nov 2011, I had applied for a broadband connection through one of the reputed broadband providers (Tikona Broadband,Phone:080-40367720 Bilekahally, Bannerghatta Road) in Bangalore. The representative who's name Mr Praveen (M: 07829167878)was displayed in the public place add had been contacted (15/11/2011) evening, He collected the advance amount of Rs.1500/- and assured that the connection will be given within 3 working days. Regarding address proof I had mentioned the relevant documents are not with me, as I have changed my residence recently. He assured that a PAN card is sufficient , regarding address proof, he will take care as he had already given some more connections in my PG. But even after 3 days the person did not respond to any of my calls.
    At-last the company office representative (Phone: 080-40367720) called to give a connection and asked me to keep the address proof ready. But I mentioned that, I do not have any address proof; they said that the connection can not given without it. Then I asked them to return the advance payed, but instead of helping me the TELECALLER ASKED ME TO COLLECT THE MONEY TO WHOM I HAD GIVEN (FIELD REPRESENTATIVE). But the concerned person is not responding to any of the calls, then at-last he received a call after 8 working days (on 24/11/2011) and said I have to wait for 60working days to get back my advance amount and the way he behaved is really disappointing to me, as I will not be staying in one location for more than a year and the responsible people are washing off their hands as if THEY DOES NOT BELONG TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER & HE HAS NOTHING TO WITH THIS SITUATION.

    Because of FEW ILL FIELD REPRESENTATIVES & TELE-CALLER STAFF, the service provider is loosing name & its facility to most of the customer in Bangalore region...........

    If the service provider really feels & thinks to grow up then TIKONA MUST respond to the customer complaints immediately & TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST ILL STAFF ....................

    Now, after nearly 82days of giving money & 75 days of dissaponitment I am posting this issue thinking still Tikona atleast will not grow up with the money from disapponited customers.....................
