I am Subbareddy. My Current airtel landline number : 08042682581
User Story :
My earlier airtel landline number was 08041647025. I have raised
request for shifting the landline connection from munekolala to
marthahalli to address as show below.
Shifting request number : 9775974
The problem here is somehow they had provided the connection to the
mentioned shifting address, and the same has not been updated in user
profile page.
I came to know that the new airtel landline connection(08042682581)
was in the name of sunilkumarreddy itseems. I had given the same
number to all of my most important clients, I was
shocked to hear that sunilkumarreddy had given cancellation request
for the same number.
The total sole responsibility for this mistake was from airtel side,
My request is to please make abort the connection raised by
sunilkumarreddy, and change the username details for the new airtel
number(08042682581) provided (this is very important) and at the same
time close the shifting request raised for my old number(08041647025).

I hope that you take the neccessary action on this issue and put this
on priority.

My request is they should be atleast able to provide the new connection over here.
