Dear Sir/Madam,


My name is Anantha Krishnan, I want to get Broadband internet connect at my home(Chennai).


I saw Reliance Broadband ad given by SATHYA(09600186635), I contacted him and he assured that connection will be given within 2 days.


I filled all applications and he got check for Rs.600 /- as installation fee. Later, he said Engineer(RATANAM) will visit your place, once he confirms we will give connection.


After 3 days RATANAM informed me(sorry, I called him for about 10 times) that some wire has cut in your street it will take 45 to 60 days to repair.


So I said him to return my filled applications and check.


After that most of the time SATHYA's mobile(09600186635) is switched off.


So I used to contact RATANAM, he will not answer properly I'll ask him to return check asap.


But today just before writing this mail(reason for writing this mail) he just shouted at me for no reason.


Please don't have these kind of employees if you want to attract customers and build your business.


Kindly take appropriate steps to return back my check.
