    Tikona Support and Sales do not care to reply to emails. Support is pathetic and Sales is non-existent.

    Even Senior Executives do not care to reply...

    We have been mailing Mr. Bhat since last 20 days.... but even he is just not concerned...

    They do not have time to answer my mails. I wanted to change my plan and also apply for a new connection. May be if other aggrieved Tikona clients start mailing at the above email IDs then may be they will start replying to my emails.

    Tikona is harrassing me without disconnecting the internet on my request and sending me Bills from past couple of months . What should i do ? ... I applied for disconnection in all possible ways , through customercare call , through email etc but So far no employee from tikona has attended but sends monthly bills with interests and taxes increasing every month!. my customer ID is 1103975427 ... Shall i file a case in consumer court outside ?
