    Default Complain of Tata Indicom Overcharging and Cust Car

    Hi,

    I had tata indicom broadband that was deactivated on my request on 27th July and I received a formal email from them for this. Later when I came back to India and applied for tata indicom i was shocked when they said that I need to clear my previous dues of Rs 1300 for Rental from 19th July to 25 Oct as my connection was deactivated on 25th Oct.

    Later after follow ups for 2 months my amount was waived off(confirmed by Customer Care) and after that I got a new connection. On the same day my connection was suspended because of my previous dues. Don't know if previous dues was waived off how come the same amount was back.

    Now yesterday I again got confirmation that my amount is waived off and due amount now is Rs 2.87 for which I paid Rs 3 today at Tata Indicom outlet and they confirmed me that my boradband will be active by 4-5 PM today. It was not active now when I called Customer Care they are again saying that my account is showing previous dues. I am fed up of this and want to register a case againt them.
