I took a MTS connection on 30th of november,2011. It was an ARP plan. I was promised that i will get a free Intex headphone along with other services offered. I have not recieved the headphone as promised. Also, i should get 56 rs balance as i paid 2700 rs for 2644 rs bill.
The person who sold me the connection told me that his name is Anish and his number is 9633618438. Everytime i call him , he promises to give me the remaining amount and headphone tomorrow. After waiting for 43 days, i went to one of the regional offices and found out that his real name is Afzal.

My complaint as follows:
1. Not delivering the product as promised
2. Impersonification - providing me the wrong name so that i wont be able to trace him down

I called MTS customer care but they have not addressed my problem and it has been 8 days. They are harassing me.
PLease help me.
