    hi i had used this connection up to march 2011 and i had disconnected i had taken a new connection from airtel only after clearing pending bills.And i am using new airtel broadband connection from may 2011 to current date.Last month i got a bill from airtel that i had pending of airtel bill for last 5months for the previous connection.I wondered i call airtel executive and i had discused with him also.Still even i am getting calls and they are blackmailing me to pay bills otherwise they will file a case up on me they r telling me. i need help from u.if u want i can provide u new connection details also from which date i am using.


    As i had cancelled the connection as total usage is completed and as speed has been revised one of the aritel customer care suggested me to take a new connection and they had a sent a executive to my place.And again i had taken a new connection by
    9980459105(Anand) airtel executive .He had given a new connection
    on 13/05/2011(Airtel account No:
    08041219769_kk
    )by removing the old connection.from that time i am using this new connection.then how can i recieve bills for the previous connection tblr0143259_kk for dates 13/05/2011 to 13/10/2011 how it is possible with out using.

    still my problem is not resolved.they called up and asking to pay the fake bill.

    still i didnt receive any solution from the aritel broadband.if they call me again after a gap of few months it will be too horrible at that time.i need a confirmation from airtel that my problem is resolved

    Default Fake broadband bill, mental harassment from airtel

    Hi Sir,

    I was a regular Airtel Customer for my Broadband and postpaid. But, the way airtel behaves with its customers have worsened over the time.
    I had the airtel wired broadband connection - 08041267614_kk from January 2010 till September 2011. As I was shifting my house from October 2011, I enquired the nearest airtel office - that is in 100Feet, Indiranagar, Bangalore, if they can shift the connection to the new location which was nearby at the earliest. When they said that it would take two weeks, I submitted a written letter for broadband disconnection after paying the undue bills on 30th of September, 2011.(I have the copy of the bills that was paid at their bill desk). They informed me that their executive would call me and collect the device from my new address.

    I vacated the house on October 1st 2011.. Hence there was no usage of the internet since 1st of Oct 2011. They did not even come to collect the device, instead kept on insisting to shift the connection rather than cancellation and sent their technician to check if the new connection is possible to my new address on 24th of October 2011 when I was not at home. Their technician confirmed through call, that there is no airtel line in the building and neither is the connection possible as BBMP would not give permission on 24th of October 2011.

    They kept harassing me through calls for taking the new connection/shifting the connection instead of collecting the device. Airtel people keep calling and harassing me for some bill payment of Rs1758 while they are not providing the Broadband usage report (because they do not have it)nor are they collecting the device. There is no usage of the broadband as I vacated the previous house on the very next day after i provided the letter for disconnection and my new house does not have the airtel connection.

    I have explained this to every other airtel person who calls me for bill payment and have even complained about this to the airtel customer care. I have even mailed on December 19th, 2011 to the airtel collections department.

    They have sent a Lok adalat notice now for not paying these bills. This is a total harassment. I have the bill copy for the amount that I have paid at their bill desk on 30th of september 2011 ( the day i proveded the letter for disconnection).

    After facing such a harassment, I would like to cancel my postpaid connection as well from airtel. If this issue is not addressed, I might have to file a case against them for mental harassment.

    Please help me to resolve this issue.
