    Default Airtel Not Resolving Complaint even after 2 weeks

    Hello,

    This is my account number: 16480437

    I raised a complaint on 9th January stating the billing concerns.
    Problem was I sent a mail in july for connection to be disconnected and I got a reply from their employee that in 7 days it will be cancelled.
    I started getting mails fromm collection department stating taht I have to pay for Aug, Sep and October.And they gave Jan 16 as dead line upon which I will get legal notice.

    I spoke to appellete team (Sachin) and I forwarded all the mails to them. I raised 2 complaints 10050154.

    Everytime someone calls(Mohan) asks for the whole story and says he will get back.
    Its been 2weeks they dint resolve it.

    I forwarded the mails to Collection team asking them to wait until this is resolved. On phone they sure, we will hold it. But I got legal notice.

    I have all proof mails.

    Please tell me what to do with these kind of service providers.Last 3-4 months , it was mental torture.
