    Default Tata Indicom ---- Accessive Bill Amout issue

    Hello Sir,

    This is in regard to complain agains Tata Indicom, I was the internet user for Tata Indicom. I bought the plan for 499Rs/month having 10GB free data download. In bill of month October, 2011 they charged me amount of 10534 Rs. and showed wrong downloaded/uploaded. I was not satisfied with bill so raised case with Tata Indicom customer care many time to correct my bill as per my plan.I am giving 2 case ID for reference overhere :-366384 & 293218331. Now they have diconnected my internet service and not resolving the bill issue.

    At moment, I need your involvement in this case so that I can get the resolution.

    Hello Sir,

In bill of month October, 2011 they charged me amount of 1875.39 Rs. and showed wrong downloaded/uploaded. I was not satisfied with bill so raised case with Tata Indicom customer care many time to correct my bill as per my plan. Now they have disconnected my Internet service and not resolving the bill issue.

    At moment, I need your involvement in this case so that I can get the resolution.

    Default Tariff Plan changed, getting bill with old Plan

    Hi,

    Tata Indicom Customer Service has a careless attitude and are not ready resolving the customer issues.

    My Account No: 974749213, Phone No: 200417946. I have switched my plan to DS401-ADSL-512Kbps-499-limited (512kbps, Free Data Transfer 10GB) on 03 Nov 2011 and as per the new tariff plan the bill number (1150212359 &1168814258) should have been calculated, but were calculated as per my old plan Tariff Plan: RoM-Parivar 250 Billing Plan ( 256kbps with Free Data Transfer 1 GB).

    After repetitive emails to customer-care service (listen@tatadocomo.com,3030@tatatel.co.in) for rectifying the bills and issues it was not taken care of and every time i was only given a customer reference numbers and promises for resolving the issue.

    I interacted with different customer support executive i.e Jyoti B Pawar, Shraddha Joshi, and Sathish Kumar but nothing was really done after 3 months finally the Billing department suspended my connections. And it seems the issue is still open !!!! and it certainly proofs how the inter department works between the Tata Indicom Services and Billing department, Customer services change the tariff plan and billing department has no clue about it and they are generating the bills with old tariff plan and are not interested to resolve the issue.
