    Default illegall bill from Tata Photon+

    I am residing in Kolkata and I purchased a Samsung laptop on 11thJun,2011 and with that I got a tata photon+ device for Rs.1600 with offer Rs.6000 usage(The offer: First 2 months 15GBunlimited free of Rs.1500/month and next 4 months 2GB free of 750/month i.e. total 2*Rs.1500+4*Rs.750=Rs.6000). They provided me the first 2 months free but for next 2 months they made a bill of Rs.3300(approx). When I went to the Tata photon + shop they are saying that 'Your plan has not been changed to 2GB plan so you need to pay the bill' and lodged a complaint. though I requseted the customer care to change my plan to 2GB plan just before it gets completed 2 months. Then they started calling me and forcing me to pay the bills.Adding late payments they made a bill of 3600(Approx). Today I got a notice from Mr. Arun Goswami, advocate,High Court,Kolkata and he has also forced me to pay the bills..Please help me in this regard.
