Hi,
I had a tikona connection uid: 1103710579. Last month I relocated to a new address and wanted to shift my tikona connection.
But even after providing all the necessary proof related documents and waiting for more than a week, the relocation didn't happen. Every time I called they kept saying we haven't received the documents whereas I have mail proof of sending the document and getting a response back from customer care too.
After getting the worst customer service and getting betrayed by them, I decided to disconnect the service and go for a different internet provider. I called them up and requested for disconnection. THen they started giving false promises that it will be done today for 3 days..
After being completely fed up I registered a request for disconnection. I sent a mail also and registered the request on phone also. They said they will come and collect the modem and other stuff within 7-10 days.
THen I got no calls or responses from them. After 9 days when I call them they said he will come today. Same answer on 10th and 11th day too... But still noone has come...
They are the biggest looters and cheaters in the broadband world..
Be aware of TIKONA cheaters association..
