    Default fivenetwork complain

    Hello,
    I am a fivenetwork user, I am facing few issues from my ISP side like youtube videos not working, proxy injection, advertise injection if DNS not found, timed out error due to proxy..... I have sent them 2 emails, but they are not replying any of them. I am sure, that my email got successfully delivered as i havent got any delivery failure notice from yahoo..

    Recently i found that, they are working for solving youtube problem as many of the users and subISP have contacted them for the issue. But my question is, whether they can inject proxy server in between user's request? Can they inject advertisements on some DNS failures?

    Please help me for the same. I have asked Cyber Police for the same, but havent got any reply from them.

    the problem your facing is not a network problem but a software problem as well with your browser.
    If you refresh your browser you should be able to view youtube.
    You having software problems not network problems..check your pc for some java errors.Try reinstalling the
    browerser clear the registry entries of the browser while trying to reinstall the browser.

    About the proxy server problem it wont affect your net connection.even if they use one to
    the add problems is probably due to some addware that you got from certain websites or some games or
    softaware so it not the isps fault.
