dear sir/madam i am facing this type of problem every now n then .several times complain was loged. 6 months back i have given a written complaint to commercial officer, trimulgherry customer care centre. last 2/3 months it was little bit ok,-------- but now the problem is very anoying .during day time every 2/3 minutes interval internet disconnecting.it is very difficult to download any file from internet. my bb plan is combo 625 ul[unlimited download]. this time i reported this matter to jto concerned.one week passed no solution . pl do the needful. thanks.
